Breast cancer management has different approaches that depend on the physical and biological characteristics of the disease, age, overall health and personal preferences of the patient. There are 2 types of treatment classified as local therapy (surgery and radiotherapy) and systemic therapy (chemotherapy, endocrine therapy and targeted therapy).
